The Count Karolyi Private Cellars is a family-owned winery founded in 1990. We have two of Hungary’s most modern wine cellars: one in the cooler Northern part of Hungary, a region famous for its white wines, and one in the warmer South, renowned for its red wines.
We combine modern winemaking-techniques with centuries-old experience to achieve terroir-typical wines of world class. Thanks to an abundance of grape varieties native to France, Austria, and Hungary, we can offer a broad range of red, rosé, and white wines, of which many have won national and international awards at highly prestigious wine competitions.
