Hungary is among the world’s top 25 winemaking countries. The 22 wine regions within the country differ widely in size, location, and the character of their wines, but in each, you can find those types and traditions, which have determined the distinctive production techniques.
In order to guarantee the high quality which you expect from the Dunavár range, we monitor the vineyards carefully during the entire vegetation period from bud break to bloom and until harvest. We then harvest the grapes at a perfect state of maturity before they are processed quickly in a gentle way by using state-of-the-art technology to eliminate oxygen reaching the grapes and must. Finally, the wines are cold-fermented in stainless-steel tanks in order to preserve the full aromas…and this you can taste!
